De Bezige Bij represents the foreign rights of a distinguished literary catalogue, including fiction, non-fiction and essays by leading Dutch and international authors. We work closely with publishers, agents and producers worldwide to bring our books to new languages and audiences.

The Foreign Rights department of De Bezige Bij handles the international sale and management of rights across a wide range of titles. We focus on long-term partnerships and careful positioning of our books in international markets.

Under the name Bee Rights, we represent selected subsidiary rights for a small number of authors from other publishing houses. This concerns specific non-primary rights and is handled separately from our main catalogue.

Bee Speakers is the speakers bureau of De Bezige Bij. We handle requests for live and online lectures, keynote speeches and presentations by authors, for conferences, companies and institutions.
